We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our Extremities team and support the growth of our Shoulder and Foot Ankle business across Southern Italy.

/p h3The Role /h3 pAs a Sales Associate, you will support the achievement of sales objectives within your assigned territory by developing strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital stakeholders.
You will work closely with experienced team members and receive extensive product and sales training, gaining exposure to operating room environments and advanced orthopaedic technologies.
The territory covers Southern Italy, with a primary focus on Campania and Puglia.
Candidates based in Naples or surrounding areas are strongly preferred.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the growth of the Extremities business through regular customer engagement and territory development activities.
/li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administrators.
/li liProvide in-theatre support during surgical procedures when required.
/li liPromote Stryker's Shoulder and Foot Ankle portfolio to existing and prospective customers.
/li liExecute territory business plans and contribute to achieving sales targets.
/li liAssist with quotations, reporting activities, and account management.
/li liManage product demonstrations and territory resources effectively.
/li liSupport educational events, workshops, congresses, and product demonstrations.
/li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
/li liEnsure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul li0–3 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
/li liInternship or early professional experience within healthcare, medical technology, hospital environments, or medical device distribution is highly valued.
/li liExposure to operating room environments, orthopaedics, implants, or surgical products is considered a strong advantage.
