/p pWorking closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will understand customer business needs, design appropriate technical solutions, configure the platform, coordinate implementations, and ensure successful deployments.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPresent Vusion solutions to leading bretailers /b (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations, e.g., Coop) /li libConfigure /b Vusion solutions to meet customer requirements.
/li liPartner with Sales to understand customer business and technical requirements.
/li liMonitor projects using shared tools, ensuring that bdeadlines /b are met and bcosts /b are controlled.
/li libCoordinate implementation projects /b and ensure successful deployments.
/li liTroubleshoot technical issues related to integrations, infrastructure and solution configuration.
/li liAssemble, lead, and unite teams around pre?sales projects to prepare for roll?outs for retailers.
/li liAct as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.
/li liSupport the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers.
