brBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties br• Stay updated on Dubai's property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory br• Provide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations br• Generate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities br• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements br• Advise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties br• Negotiate offers and terms between landlords and tenants and successfully close sales transactions br• Assist with documentation and guide clients through the full leasing process br• Work closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience brBackground in sales, business development,
