/pp Working directly with Founder CEO Natasha Slater, you will lead client strategy, manage a portfolio of luxury brands, mentor the PR team and help shape the future growth of the agency across fashion, design, hospitality, lifestyle and culture.

/p Key Responsibilities ulli Lead and manage a portfolio of luxury client accounts /lili Develop and execute strategic PR and communications plans /lili Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and key industry figures /lili Lead the agency's press office and oversee media outreach /lili Plan and execute press days, launches, VIP experiences and high-profile events /lili Manage client communication and present strategies with confidence /lili Mentor and support junior members of the team /lili Identify new business opportunities and support agency growth /lili Work closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater Studio /li /ul What We're Looking For ulli Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury PR or communications /lili Proven experience working with fashion, luxury, interior design,



hospitality or lifestyle brands /lili Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) – this is essential /lili Demonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team members /lili Strong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activations /lili Excellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscape /lili Existing relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirable /lili Commercially minded, highly organised and solutions-oriented /lili Passionate about fashion, design, luxury, travel and contemporary culture /lili Willing to attend evening events, fashion weeks and industry activations as required /li /ul Working at Natasha Slater Studio p This is an office-based role, with four days per week in our Milan studio and one day of lavoro da remoto.
