/pp Your Role /pp As Operations Excellence Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our core systems and processes.
/pp You will act as the first point of contact for operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation platforms), supporting users, maintaining data quality, and contributing to process optimization across the business.

/pp Key Responsibilities /pulli Administer and maintain core operational systems (TMS, CRM, quotation and contract platforms), including user management and data integrity /lili Provide first-line support to operational teams, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT and system providers /lili Ensure adherence to system workflows, SOPs, and data quality standards,



identifying and addressing process gaps /lili Support system enhancements, testing, and rollouts, working closely with internal teams and external vendors /lili Develop and maintain training materials and support onboarding and user training initiatives /lili Perform data quality checks and support operational reporting, dashboards, and data analysis /lili Collaborate across Operations, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency /li /ulp Your Profile /pulli Degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field /lili Experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations, or systems support is a strong advantage /lili Familiarity with TMS, CRM, ERP, or similar systems /lili Strong analytical and problem-solving skills /lili Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset /lili Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally /li /ulp Why Join Atlantic Gate?
