This role offers hands?on exposure to commercial finance in a global life sciences organization, combining day?to?day financial support with ownership of a Europe?wide OPEX process improvement project.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the European commercial organization.
/li liContribute to quarterly forecasts across revenue, margins, backlog, cash, and related KPIs.
/li liPrepare financial analyses and presentations for monthly and quarterly leadership reviews.
/li /ul h3Reporting Performance Management /h3 ul liAssist with management reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
/li liSupport month?end and quarter?end close activities.
/li liAnalyze product profitability, margin trends, and working capital performance.
/li /ul h3Cross?Regional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with finance managers across European countries to ensure alignment.
/li liParticipate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
/li /ul h3OPEX Process Improvement Project /h3 ul liLead the documentation and improvement of OPEX governance and expense management processes across Europe.
/li liMap current workflows, identify inefficiencies,



and propose standardization opportunities.
/li liDevelop clear guidelines and best?practice documentation.
/li liPresent recommendations and outcomes to the Finance Director and broader finance team.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liRecent graduate with a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
/li liStrong analytical skills with solid Excel proficiency.
/li liGood understanding of financial and accounting principles.
/li liFluent English (written and spoken).
/li liSelf?starter with the ability to manage priorities and work independently.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrior internship experience in finance or accounting.
/li liExposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
/li liFamiliarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
