Health & Safety - Standards, Compliance & Reporting Specialist
About the Role:
We are currently looking for aHealth & Safety - Standards, Compliance & Reporting Specialist, who will be based in Alba.
By covering this role, you will ensurefull legal and Ferrero compliance, driveaudit management activities, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to thedeployment of Health & Safety projects and programs.
You will connect governance, data analysis, systems and execution into one clear operating model, ensuring a standardized approach to Health & Safety management across all activities in Italy, including production sites and business units.
Through your work, you will help protect the business, strengthen the safety culture and enable sustainable performance.
Main Responsibilities:
AsHealth & Safety - Standard, Compliance & Reporting Specialist, part of your responsibilities will be monitoring and trackingchanges in Health & Safety regulations and industry standards relevant to the business, proposing actions to senior regional and plant stakeholders tomaintain full legal and regulatory compliance and ensuring audit-proof documentation.
You will maintain relationships with relevant authorities and support the management of audits and visits.
You will implement anddevelop internal Health & Safety processes in alignment with Group policies and procedures, define standards, templates and tools that promote lean ways of working and ensure consistency and quality across Health & Safety activities.
You will plan,coordinate and conduct Regional Health & Safety audits across all sites, assessing the effectiveness of Health & Safety management systems and verifying the implementation of mandatory programs and procedures.
You will contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, protocols and assessment tools, prepare audit reports, communicate findings, align with site leadership teams and monitor the timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
In addition, you willanalyze recurring audit findings to identify improvement opportunitiesat regional level.
Part of your tasks, will becontinuously develop the Italian Health & Safety management system, define governance structures and maintain related documentation while ensuring consistent deployment of Group procedures across plants.
You will provideregular performance updates and reports, develop KPIs, dashboardsand inputs for management reviews and support the implementation of lean ways of working within the Health & Safety team.
Last but not least, you will alsoprepare Group and Regional Health & Safety initiativesand programs for deployment across plants, translate strategy into clear plans, priorities and actions, monitor implementation, ensure the full deployment of Group tools and systems and develop local systems and dashboards whenever needed to meet local requirements.
About You:
You will bring yourMaster's Degree in Engineering, Safety & Prevention Techniques, or a similar academic background, together withprevious experience in Health & Safety activitieswithin complex industrial environments.
You have completed anISO ***** Auditor courseand bring a proactive mindset, curiosity, strong communication skills and a versatile approach to your work.
You are able to work across governance, compliance, data analysis, systems and operational execution, collaborating with different stakeholders and ensuring consistent Health & Safety standards across the organization.
As a strong communicator,you are fluent in Italian and English.
What We Offer:
The role is classified at Level 2° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
