Join our Italian office as a Technical Account Manager! You will be the key point of contact between our merchants and internal teams to ensure smooth integrations and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Provide technical and functional consulting during the pre-sales phase;

Advise and recommend best practices for integrating payment solutions;

Manage the integration project for new clients in your portfolio from onboarding onward;

Organize and lead technical workshops with clients;

Oversee client delivery in collaboration with the functional tester;

Monitor potential technical developments for clients;

Respond quickly and efficiently to client requests during the integration process;

Manage internal communication with various teams.

Qualifications

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role or a strong technical background.

Tech enthusiast: curious and always on the lookout for new technologies.

Detail-oriented and precise: your attention to detail is your strength.

Multilingual: fluent English is a must.

Project orchestrator: experience in project management is appreciated.

Strong communication skills: excellent communicator, both written and spoken.

Technical skills: HTML, JavaScript, PHP… you know your way around code.

Premio: knowledge of CMS (Magento, Prestashop…) is a real asset.
