Responsible for developing and implementing a data-driven fleet monitoring and validation process, leveraging vehicle operational data to support engineering decision-making, system behavior assessment, reliability growth and validation effectiveness. /pp

The role is responsible for transforming fleet operational data into actionable engineering insights through the definition of monitoring strategies, data analytics methodologies, mission-based validation approaches and dashboard solutions supporting validation, reliability and engineering activities. /pp

Working closely with System Validation Engineers and cross-functional engineering teams, the position will define the parameters to be monitored, establish engineering thresholds and performance limits, develop analytical methodologies, and identify vehicle mission profiles that are representative or particularly severe for specific systems and failure modes. /ppA key objective of the role is to improve the correlation between vehicle validation activities and real-world customer usage by identifying, quantifying and characterizing operating conditions that can accelerate failure mode validation, increase validation representativeness and support reliability growth activities. /ppbr/ppstrongDIMENSIONS /strong /pp

Fleet Data Management Monitoring /em /strong /pulli

Work closely with System Validation Engineers to identify the relevant vehicle, system and component parameters to be monitored through fleet operational data. /lili

Support the definition of engineering limits, threshold values, warning levels and monitoring criteria required to assess system behavior under real operating conditions. /lili

Define signal requirements, data collection strategies and data quality criteria for fleet monitoring activities. /lili

Develop and maintain automatic data post-processing methodologies, including plausibility checks, event creation,



statistical analysis, filtering and data quality validation. /li /ulpstrongem

Dashboard Architecture Data Analytics /em /strong /pulli

Define dashboard architecture, analytical frameworks, KPIs and visualization strategies required to support engineering and validation activities. /lili

Develop, maintain and continuously improve fleet monitoring dashboards and analytical solutions using Qlik Sense and other analytical platforms. /lili

Translate engineering and validation requirements into data models, calculations, automated monitoring rules and visualization requirements. /lili

Collaborate with ICT and data platform teams to define data processing, storage and reporting architectures supporting fleet analytics. /li /ulpstrongem

Mission-Based Validation Reliability Growth /em /strong /pulli

Analyze fleet operational data to identify mission profiles that generate elevated stress on specific systems, components or vehicle functions. /lili

Identify operating conditions and usage patterns capable of accelerating the validation of known or potential failure modes. /lili

Develop methodologies to quantify mission severity, system exposure and operational profiles based on real fleet data. /lili

Identify equivalent or accelerated mission profiles capable of reproducing critical operating conditions associated with degradation mechanisms or failure modes in reduced time. /lili

The position acts as a bridge between engineering teams and data/analytics platforms, ensuring that fleet operational data is converted into meaningful engineering information supporting validation, reliability growth and product development activities. /lili

The role requires the ability to communicate complex technical findings through dashboards, reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences /li /ulpbr/ppstrongREQUIREMENTS /strong /pulli

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field. /lili

Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in data analytics, dashboard development and KPI definition, preferably using strong

Qlik Sense /strong. /lili

Knowledge of SQL, Python (or equivalent scripting languages), data modelling, ETL processes and database concepts. /lili

Understanding of vehicle systems, telematics, CAN data, datalogging and engineering validation processes. /lili
