As the company grows and systems become established, the level of engagement may increase or decrease depending on business requirements. /ppThe successful candidate will spend sufficient time at our offices in Novara, Italy, particularly during the implementation phase, to ensure effective integration of financial systems and procedures. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pulliDevelop and implement robust financial management systems and reporting structures. /liliEstablish management reporting procedures that provide timely, accurate and meaningful financial information to senior management. /liliDefine, implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the business.



/liliDevelop KPI dashboards and benchmarking reports to measure operational and financial performance against industry standards. /liliDesign, implement and continuously improve cash flow forecasting, monitoring and reporting systems. /liliProvide strategic financial analysis of revenues, costs, profitability, working capital and overall business performance. /liliMonitor project profitability on a project-by-project basis and implement appropriate financial controls and reporting. /liliSupport budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning. /liliWork closely with the Accounting Finance Manager and finance team to strengthen financial discipline, internal controls and financial governance. /liliCoordinate with the Holding Company's finance and accounting teams to ensure appropriate consolidation, reporting and financial integration. /liliAssist in the preparation of Board reports, shareholder presentations and annual financial statements. /liliReview operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability and financial performance. /liliProvide strategic financial guidance and advice to senior management on business performance, investment decisions and future growth. /liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions and funding partners. /liliPrepare and present financing applications, business cases and supporting financial documentation.



/liliParticipate in negotiations with banks and financial institutions and provide ongoing support in securing financing facilities, project funding and operational working capital. /liliSupport the implementation of financial systems and procedures that enable scalable growth and effective management of an international business. /li /ulpstrongCandidate Profile - /strongThe ideal candidate will have: /pulliMinimum 10 years' experience in a senior financial leadership role (Finance Director, CFO or equivalent). /liliStrong practical experience in financial management, management reporting and business analysis. /liliProven experience implementing KPIs, financial controls and cash flow management systems. /liliExcellent understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning. /liliDemonstrated experience working within multinational organisations and cross-border business operations. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent commercial judgement. /liliAbility to work independently while acting as a trusted adviser to senior management. /liliExcellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. /liliExperience within manufacturing, engineering, renewable energy, industrial equipment or project-based businesses would be highly advantageous. /li /ulpstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. /liliProfessional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) would be an advantage. /liliFluency in Italian and English is essential. /liliAdditional languages would be considered an advantage. /liliRemuneration /li /ulpstrongConsultancy fee /strong to be agreed based on experience, qualifications and level of involvement. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
