Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liLead key global Compensation Benefits projects, including EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation and job evaluation framework review. /li liDeliver gender pay gap analysis, reporting, and remediation planning aligned with regulatory requirements and annual salary cycles. /li liDrive harmonisation and governance of our Mercer-based global job architecture, ensuring consistency across acquisitions and business lines. /li liSupport annual compensation cycles, premio processes, and market benchmarking, including modelling, tools, and communication. /li liAct as trusted advisor to People Culture stakeholders on reward topics, while continuously improving policies, analytics, and frameworks. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics,
