You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, improve cycle times, and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and optimize CAM programs for complex turbomachinery components using advanced CAD/CAM software. /li liCollaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability and process robustness. /li liDefine machining strategies and cutting tool selection to improve productivity and reduce costs. /li liSupport the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing. /li liAnalyze machining performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. /li liMaintain and update process documentation, including setup sheets and tool lists. /li liTroubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to production teams. /li liEvaluate and integrate new CAM technologies and software capabilities. /li liEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
/li liAct as a technical reference for CAM-related topics within the Manufacturing Engineering team. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role ideally you should have: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical background. /li liProven experience in CAM programming for multi-axis CNC machines (e.g., 5-axis milling, mill-turn). /li liProficiency in CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Mastercam, or similar). /li liStrong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials. /li liKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. /li liStrong communication and teamwork abilities. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and work independently. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
