It is a career-defining opportunity for a high-potential technology leader to shape the company's technology roadmap and grow into a future Chief Technology Officer as the business expands internationally. /p /brh3What you'll do /h3 /brul /br liDefine and continuously evolve the company's technology vision and product roadmap, providing strategic and architectural leadership across hardware, embedded systems, software, cloud infrastructure, and more. . /li /br liDrive innovation from concept through commercialization while maintaining regulatory awareness /li /br liWork closely with the Hardware and Software teams, who are responsible for day-to-day execution and delivery. /li /br liScout, evaluate and prioritize new technologies, product features,
competitors and RD initiatives. /li /br liTranslate customer, clinician and market feedback into product innovation. /li /br liRepresent Accyourate at selected international MedTech conferences and innovation forums. /li /br liSupport technology partnerships, IP generation and patents. /li /br /ul /brh3Who will thrive here /h3 /brul /br li6–9 years of relevant experience in medical device, health technology or digital health companies. /li /br liMaster's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline required; PhD or ongoing PhD is an advantage. /li /br liExperience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams, including hardware, embedded software, cloud and/or connected medical systems /li /br liStrong understanding of physiological sensing, signal processing and connected medical devices. /li /br liCurious, entrepreneurial, collaborative and driven to solve difficult problems. /li /br liExcellent communication skills and fluent English. /li /br /ul /brh3Working Model /h3 /brpPrimary base is L'Aquila, Italy. Hybrid arrangements are possible for exceptional candidates located within Europe or nearby regions who can maintain a regular presence at headquarters. /p /brh3Career Path /h3 /brpThis position is intentionally designed for a high-potential technology leader.
