pstrongResponsibilities： /strong /polliOwn full-spectrum Italian tax work covering VAT, IRES, IRAP, stamp duty, withholding tax and other statutory taxes; build and optimize the local tax management system. /liliManage full-cycle tax compliance including calculation, filing, payment, reconciliation and year-end closing to ensure legal compliance and zero major tax risks. /liliOversee external tax consultants and accounting firms: design annual cooperation plans, review deliverables, control service quality and costs to prevent outsourcing-related compliance gaps. /liliMonitor and interpret Italian tax policy updates, deliver internal training and risk briefings, issue periodic analysis reports and adjust corporate tax strategies timely. /liliTake charge of tax authority audits and inspections: prepare supporting documents, lead communication and negotiation to resolve tax disputes and inspection risks. /liliCollaborate with accounting, business and management teams to standardize tax accounting workflows, assess risks of new projects and cross-border transactions, and offer tax advice for business decisions.



/liliConduct lawful tax planning by utilizing local preferential policies to optimize overall tax burden and deliver tangible tax benefits. /liliDevelop the tax risk control system, identify hidden compliance risks, roll out corrective and preventive measures, and submit regular tax risk assessment reports. /liliComplete tax statistics, analysis and annual summaries to support group financial closing, external audits and financial reporting requirements. /li /olpbr/ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pp1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Auditing or related fields. /pp2. 5+ years corporate tax experience, including 3+ years end-to-end Italian local tax independent management experience; experience with 100M+ revenue European enterprises is a plus. /pp3. Solid expertise in Italian VAT, IRES, IRAP and local tax compliance processes, with full familiarity with local tax declaration and tax audit procedures. /pp4. Keen sensitivity to Italian tax policy updates, capable of independent policy interpretation, risk assessment and tax strategy optimization. /pp5. Experienced in managing external tax/accounting firms, and independently handling tax inspections and tax dispute resolution. /p
