ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented bProject Management Officer (PMO) /b to support the execution of strategic initiatives across the Africa Middle East (AME) region. /p pThe PMO will play a pivotal role in driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring budgets, and supporting commercial and network development projects. Acting as a key interface between regional functions and multiple stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, resources are effectively managed, and business objectives are achieved. /p pThis position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment, contributing to the growth and development of the company's network and business operations across diverse markets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Management Business Coordination /h3 ul liCoordinate and monitor strategic projects across the Africa Middle East region, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely execution. /li liSupport project planning, governance, implementation, and follow-up of key business development initiatives. /li liMonitor project milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks, and corrective action plans to ensure successful outcomes. /li liFacilitate effective communication and collaboration among regional teams, internal departments, and external stakeholders. /li liOrganize project review meetings, track action items, and ensure proper follow-up and accountability. /li liPrepare management reports, dashboards, business reviews, and executive presentations to support data-driven decision-making. /li liProvide direct operational support to the Network Manager in executing strategic initiatives and regional priorities.



/li /ul h3Budget Control /h3 ul liSupport the preparation, monitoring, and control of departmental budgets and network contribution activities. /li liMonitor technical training revenues and related financial indicators, ensuring alignment with budget objectives. /li liAnalyze variances, identify risks and opportunities, and propose corrective actions when necessary. /li liContribute to forecasting exercises and periodic financial reviews. /li /ul h3Business Network Development Support /h3 ul liSupport market analyses, business cases, and regional investment proposals. /li liCoordinate internal approval processes and ensure compliance with company procedures. /li liMaintain project documentation and ensure consistency of reporting standards across the region. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Project Management, or a related field /li liAt least 3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Operations, or a similar role /li liUnderstanding of project management methodologies and governance processes /li liExperience in budget management, and performance monitoring /li liAdvanced knowledge Excel and PowerPoint /li liExperience working in an international and cross-functional environment /li lianalytical, organizational,
