As part of a major strategic expansion within the rapidly growing Data Centre industry, the company is developing advanced backup power and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) solutions to support mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. To support this growth, the organisation is strengthening its European project delivery team and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex customer projects from contract award through to commissioning and final handover. /ppbr/ppstrongThe Opportunity /strong /ppThe Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects involving power solutions for Data Centre applications across Europe. /ppWorking within an international matrix organisation, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual, technical and customer requirements. /ppYou will manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams, customers, EPC contractors, suppliers and technology partners throughout the entire project lifecycle. /ppThis role combines technical project leadership with strong commercial and financial ownership, ensuring excellent governance, stakeholder management and successful project execution. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppstrongProject Delivery /strong /pulliLead Data Centre power solution projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover. /liliDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations. /liliMonitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. /liliEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongPlanning Coordination /strong /pulliDevelop integrated project schedules and delivery roadmaps. /liliCoordinate Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Service and Commercial teams. /liliManage resources, priorities and critical project milestones across several concurrent projects.
/liliMaintain effective governance throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongSupplier Partner Management /strong /pulliCoordinate external suppliers and strategic delivery partners. /liliManage interfaces with EPC contractors, electrical infrastructure suppliers, battery manufacturers, commissioning specialists, engineering consultants and logistics providers. /liliMonitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues to minimise execution risks. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCommercial Financial Management /strong /pulliTake ownership of project financial performance. /liliManage budgets, forecasts, profitability and cash flow. /liliAdminister change orders, contractual variations and commercial obligations. /liliDeliver accurate project reporting and financial governance. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongLifecycle Costing Commercial Analysis /strong /pulliSupport lifecycle costing and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments. /liliUnderstand customer business cases and investment drivers. /liliCollaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to optimise long-term project value. /liliWork within projects involving complex contractual and financing structures. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongStakeholder Management /strong /pulliAct as the primary project contact throughout project execution. /liliBuild strong relationships with customers, EPC organisations, consultants and key stakeholders. /liliLead project review meetings and executive progress updates. /liliEnsure clear communication across all internal and external teams. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCross-Functional Leadership /strong /pulliCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Aftermarket functions. /liliPromote collaboration across international teams to ensure successful delivery. /liliCapture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile /strong /ppWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex engineering or mission-critical infrastructure projects within international environments.
