To support the growth of our programs and ensure the successful achievement of project milestones, we are looking for an bEngineering Planner /b to join our Engineering organization within the "EI Planning, Control Performance Analysis" Area based in Cascina Costa. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a Technical Area/Discipline Technical Planner who will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and coordinating engineering activities, supporting Engineering Managers and Technical Leaders in achieving program objectives in terms of schedule, cost, and quality. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pThe candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: /p ul liProviding bcomprehensive support for planning, budgeting, and performance analysis /b /li liWorking closely with Heads of Technical Areas / Disciplines, they: ul liaggregate bdemand requests /b /li liensure balignment /bbetween bplatform / program plans /band bTechnical Area / Discipline plans /b /li /ul /li liThey assist System Engineers / Chief Projects and Heads of Technical Areas / Disciplines in:
ul libmonitoring /band bforecasting /bprogram / platform planning /li liconducting bschedule /band bcost variance analyses /b /li liidentifying bcritical paths /band bpotential issues /b /li /ul /li liProactively managing bTechnical Areas / Discipline saturation issues /bor bplan unfeasibility /b /li liThey bpropose recovery actions /band breport criticalities and risks /bto EI Planning, Control Performance Analysis Management, contributing to the optimization of project performance and ensure the execution of agreed Baselines within Technical Area / Disciplines /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Mandatory Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree in Management Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. /li liKnowledge of project planning and scheduling methodologies /li liExperience with planning tools such as Microsoft Project /li liExperience with MS Office suite /li liStrong analytical and organizational skills /li liGood command of the English language, both written and spoken /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in project planning /li liKnowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles /li liKnowledge of SAP /li liFamiliarity with product development processes /li liProject Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA)
