Each day, you will execute technical support, act as a specialist, and solve problems in your own area of expertise. You will also showcase your expertise by communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams proactively to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. /p h3The Work Model For The Role Is /h3 pYou will be mainly accountable for: /p ul liProviding technical support and solving problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category. /li liDetermining effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively. /li liProviding technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers. /li liIdentifying new sales opportunities, proactively communicating both with the customer and ABB sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and business opportunities utilized for service growth. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liAt least 5 years' experience in service activities.



/li liExperience in coordination engineering teams about design of control logic for energy production systems, DEHC, BMS, boiler, etc. Specific knowledge of software applications in power market like Reactive Power Regulation "Sart", Primary Frequency Power Regulation. /li liAt least 5 years' experience in the commissioning phase of the above-mentioned applications and control logic. Experience using virtualized systems, covering configuration, operation, and maintenance. /li liThe candidate must possess the following product expertise at excellent level: INFI90, Harmony and S+ Suite technology for Operation, Engineering and Historian. Other ABB automation lines, like AC800F / AC800M, S800 and AC500 suite. /li liExcellent knowledge of the standard protocol used in the industrial market like Profibus Master/Slave, OPC, ModBus, etc. Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations applied to power generation facilities. /li liCandidates must be willing to travel for assignments averaging two weeks in duration, focusing on preventive maintenance or commissioning activities—primarily at sites within Italy; some tasks may also involve short-term interventions lasting approximately 2-3 days.
