ppHuman Resources Business Partner /p pbLocation: /b Milan, Italy /p pbWorking pattern: /b 5 days per week on site /p h3About the Opportunity /h3 pWe're partnering with a fast-paced international organisation to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a commercially driven, sales-led business across Southern Europe. /p pThis is a highly visible, fully on-site business partnering role where you'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate organisational change and drive business growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. /p pSuccess in this role requires someone who understands the pace, pressure and commercial demands of a sales organisation and can confidently influence leaders across multiple countries. /p h3The Role /h3 pPartnering with Sales and Commercial leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal. /p ul liPartner with senior commercial leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to ambitious business growth plans. /li liCoach managers on performance management, leadership capability, employee relations and talent development. /li liSupport organisational design, restructuring and change programmes across the Southern Europe region. /li liDrive workforce planning, succession planning and talent reviews within commercial teams. /li liWork closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and organisational growth. /li liAnalyse people data and business trends to provide commercially focused HR insights. /li liChampion employee engagement, culture and leadership initiatives. /li liEnsure compliance with local employment legislation across Spain, Italy and Portugal while maintaining alignment with global HR policies. /li liCollaborate with Centres of Excellence including Reward, Talent,
Learning Development and HR Operations. /li liMaintain a strong, visible presence within the Valencia office, working on site five days per week. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pWe're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who enjoys working at pace and influencing senior stakeholders within a performance-driven environment. /p pYou'll ideally bring: /p ul liSignificant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a sales-led or customer-facing organisation. /li liProven experience partnering with Commercial, Sales or Revenue leaders, with a strong understanding of how people strategies enable business performance. /li liExperience providing HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal is essential. /li liStrong working knowledge of Spanish employment law, with exposure to Italian and Portuguese employment practices highly desirable. /li liExperience supporting organisational growth, transformation and change. /li liExcellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders. /li liStrong analytical capability, using people data to drive business decisions. /li liFluent English is essential, with Spanish required.
