The successful candidate will work alongside Senior Mechanical Designers, managing projects from concept to completion, to develop full autonomy. /p pOur history is founded on the passion for innovation, technological excellence, and international vocation. develop whole machine functions; /li liDraft relevant technical documentation; /li liSupport the assembly and testing department for ongoing modifications; /li liSupport the installation department on customer field; /li liStrong collaboration with the Electronics, Pneumatics and Kinematics Departments; /li liDesign review with cross‑functional team; /li liSeek for AI application opportunities inside Technical department; /li liContribute to continuous improvement and innovation activities within the engineering team. /li /ul pThe position is based in Bologna (Italy). /p h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 pTo be successful in the role, you must have a strong and keen interest in designing activities and an innate aptitude for working with customers and colleagues. You are a team player. /p pMore specifically: /p ul liMaster’s degree in mechanical engineering or related. /li liPrevious experience of at least 3 years of experience. /li liKnow parametric designing tools. Understanding of Creo Modelling and CAD Tools will be considered a plus. /li liYou are willing to learn SAP and Oracle. If you already have, it will be considered a plus. /li liYou feel at ease speaking, reading, and writing in English. /li liYou are thrilled about potential business trips (15‑20%); /li liYou are handy, flexible, and curious. /li liPrevious experience of teamwork (also at sport/university level). /li liYou are willing to use AI as a key success factor. If you already have experiences about this topic, it will be considered as a plus. /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR 40,000, in line with experience.
