This position offers a unique chance to develop a comprehensive partnerships strategy at both national and international levels for a high-caliber international educational institution. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liIdentify and research relevant organizations and networks within the educational community, including relocation services, corporate partners, diplomatic missions, and international bodies /li liInitiate contact with potential partners and sustain continuous communication /li liGain deep insight into partner communities and their specific needs /li liKeep precise records of all communications and follow-up actions /li liCollaborate with the Admissions team to guide prospective families through each stage of the admissions process /li liSustain consistent and professional dialogue with inquiring families /li liFacilitate communication with newly accepted families before school opening /li liManage post-event and post-meeting follow-up activities /li liEnsure families receive prompt and accurate information /li liOrganize various events for prospective families and partners, including: /li liIntimate information sessions /li liCommunity networking events /li liFormal partner dinners and professional gatherings /li liOversee invitation management, attendance records, and post-event communication /li liEnsure seamless execution of events and visits /li liProduce admissions newsletters, invitations, and updates /li liAssist in creating presentations, informational materials,
