In addition, the position will involve selected wet-lab activities (e.g. DNA extraction, PCR) and the preparation of technical reports, contributing to an integrated and multidisciplinary research environment. /p pbDUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES /b /p pDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for microbial genomics and multi-omics data /p pPerform standard wet-lab activities when required /p pContribute to assigned projects, including experimental design, data analysis,
