We strive for efficient and effective operations, and we hold each other accountable for delivering exceptional results. /p pHere, you will find more than just a job—you will find purpose and pride. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pBaxter is looking for a dynamic Therapy Specialist Patient Support Systems (PSS) to support the commercial growth and clinical excellence of its Patient Support Systems portfolio across Italy and Greece. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, customer engagement, education, and business development, partnering closely with Sales, Healthcare Professionals, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare environments. /p h3What You'll Be Doing /h3 ul libDeliver impactful product and clinical training /b to healthcare professionals, ensuring confident and effective use of Baxter's solutions. /li libPartner with Account Managers /b to develop and execute strategic territory plans that drive sustainable growth and customer success. /li libPromote the clinical value of Baxter's portfolio /b, positioning the most appropriate solutions based on customer needs and patient outcomes. /li libBuild strong, long-term relationships /b with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders, helping protect and expand existing business.
/li libSupport tender processes end-to-end /b, from pre-tender strategy and preparation to post-award implementation. /li libCollaborate cross-functionally /b with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. /li libLeverage CRM tools /b to effectively plan, track, and optimize business activities and opportunities. /li libIdentify opportunities across the portfolio /b, contributing to growth through strategic upselling and solution expansion. /li /ul h3Who We Are Looking For; /h3 pWe are seeking a passionate healthcare professional who combines clinical credibility, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. /p h3Essential Requirements: /h3 ul liClinical or healthcare-related educational background /li liExperience working within or closely with hospital environments /li liFluent Italian and English /li liWillingness to travel extensively across Italy (field-based role) /li liStrong presentation and training capabilities /li liExcellent relationship-building and communication skills /li liDigital mindset and confidence using CRM systems and technology /li liGenuine passion for improving patient care and supporting healthcare professionals /li /ul h3Preferred Backgrounds: /h3 ul liRegistered Nurse (RN) /li liPhysiotherapist /li liOccupational Therapist /li liBiomedical Engineer /li liCivil Engineer (preferably within healthcare environments)

Your initial pay could be at the minimum or higher based on skills, expertise, experience, and other relevant factors, all of which are subject to change.
