In this role, you will work on the technical onboarding and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into our trading platform — ensuring seamless connectivity, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance. /p ul liLocation: Milan, Italy /li liEmployment Type: Full-Time, indefinite term /li liWorking Mode: Office first set-up /li liLanguage Requirement: C1 proficiency in Italian and English /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the full technical onboarding process for BESS assets, from initial planning to go-live. /li liDrive and coordinate end-to-end integrations, ensuring that every new asset in Italy is seamlessly connected to Entrix’s trading and control platform. /li liDefine, design, and implement communication flows between BESS controllers, EMS, SCADA and Entrix systems. /li liEnsure technical compliance with grid regulations and market participation rules in Italy, coordinating closely with regulatory bodies and the grid operators. /li liSupport our customers and our own required registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses, acceptance tests necessary for the assets' participation in envisioned energy markets both on the trade as well as on the technical delivery side. /li liCollaborate directly with cross-functional teams, from software engineers to data scientists, to optimize data flows, telemetry, and real-time trading execution. /li liTranslate complex project requirements into clear implementation plans, aligning timelines with our Business and Product teams. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 pWe’re looking for someone who is deeply proactive and accountable — someone who doesn’t just identify problems but owns them and is energized by bringing clarity and progress to complexity. /p h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liA degree or equivalent in Engineering, Energy Systems,
