Here are the details /b /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liContribute to the design and evolution of reliable systems and shared capabilities that support the full ML lifecycle—from experimentation to production /li liTake the lead in developing platform tools, shared services, and infrastructure that power Machine Learning at scale /li liWork within a dynamic team of engineers in the ML Platform Domain, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support /li liCollaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders, including data scientists and ML engineers, to support the full ML lifecycle, from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoring /li liContinuously learn and stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools,



and industry trends to ensure Prima's ML platform remains robust and future-proof /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li3+ years of professional experience in software development with Python /li liStrong knowledge of software design principles and architecture /li liProficiency in software development practices like TDD and BDD, ensuring our code is marked by quality, readability, and maintainability /li liPractical Knowledge of CI/CD, IaC, containerization technologies /li liExperience working with messaging/streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ) and designing relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) /li /ul h3Nice-to-Have /h3 ul liExperience working with machine learning models and workflows in production environments /li liProficiency in cloud-based systems (preferably AWS) /li liFamiliarity with Domain Driven Design /li liExperience with data and ML orchestration frameworks (e.g. Databricks, Airflow, Kubeflow) /li liExperience in infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi), container orchestration (e.g. K8s, Knative) and Service mesh /li /ul pbPlease, keep in mind that we are evaluating mid and senior-level profiles. /b /p p€40,000 - €75,000 a year /p h3Why You’ll Love It Here /h3 pWe want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
