automation, and continuous improvement, enhancing how the function operates. /p h3Essential Skills/Experience /h3 ul liProven experience in Controlling, Financial Planning Analysis (FPA), forecasting, and reporting within complex and well-structured multinational organizations. /li liFinance experience gained within industrial and production-driven organizations /li liDemonstrated experience in Business Partnering with senior stakeholders. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a rigorous, data-driven approach. /li liHighly numerate with excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. /li liAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. /li liStrong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into business actions. /li liDigital mindset, with experience leveraging analytics tools and AI-enabled solutions. /li /ul h3Desiderable Skills/Experience /h3 ul liKnowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and its business dynamics. /li liExperience working in a highly regulated environment. /li liAdvanced expertise in Power BI and other data visualisation tools. /li /ul h3Professional Finance qualification /h3 ul liProfessional Finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent). /li liAdditional specialist Finance qualifications. /li /ul pWe carefully consider all applications, including those from candidates eligible under Italian Protected Categories legislation (Art. 1 and Art. 18, L. 68/99). /p h3We offer /h3 pSalary range: 60.941,60€ - 91.412,40€ per annumContract Level: A1CBA:
