Unisciti a noi per contribuire a far funzionare ciò che fa funzionare il mondo. /p h3Questa Posizione Risponde a /h3 pProject Operations Manager /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pYou will be leading the execution of projects with different complexity and ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, quality standards, health, safety environment requirements, cost/profitability targets and scheduling targets. /p ulliWork model: /li /ul h3Role /h3 pIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: /p ul liDefining, with the Project Controls department, all project plan documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule and risk management plans. /li liEnsuring that the project follows execution best practices and ABB policies. /li liEffectively monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient resource utilization, monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow. /li liIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing risk, and ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued. /li liCapturing, analyzing and sharing lessons learned throughout the project and ensuring that the project is formally closed out, as contractually agreed. /li liDriving the formal acceptance of the project, contracting close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.



/li liEnsuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procure required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers. /li liSupport Supply Chain Management in negotiations, claims and project changes and act as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicating with all stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou have an engineering background. /li liYou have senior experience in the role. /li liYou like working with proactivity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills /li liGood knowledge in automation systems about DCS. /li liYou are able to work under pressure, to operate in a resource constrained environment, to manage many projects concurrently, to set priorities, and to be goal oriented. You have ownership and commitment in all of your tasks. /li liYou have the ability to understand customer needs. /li liYou at ease communicating in Italian and English (French and/or Spanish will be a plus). /li liAvailability to short trips in Italy and abroad.
