Job Summary /h3 pThe Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for on-site commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support for energy storage and electrical systems in Italy. /p pThis role requires a solid educational background in electrical engineering or related disciplines, hands-on site experience, and the ability to work closely with project, engineering, and customer teams. /p h35. Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for on-site commissioning, testing, inspection, and acceptance support for electrical equipment and energy storage systems. /li liCarry out system power-on, parameter setting, functional testing, communication testing, and performance verification according to technical documents and commissioning procedures. /li liIdentify, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues during commissioning and operation. /li liPrepare and maintain commissioning records, test reports, issue lists, and site documentation. /li liCoordinate with internal engineering, project management, supply chain, and after-sales teams to ensure timely project delivery. /li liCommunicate with customers, subcontractors, and local partners regarding site progress, technical issues, and corrective actions. /li liSupport installation supervision, quality checks, safety compliance, and handover activities on site.

Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, Energy Engineering, or other related majors. /li liSolid understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and commissioning procedures. /li liExperience with energy storage systems, PCS, BMS, EMS, transformers, switchgear, inverters, or industrial electrical equipment is preferred. /li liAbility to read and understand technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and commissioning manuals. /li liHands-on troubleshooting ability and willingness to work on project sites. /li liGood communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural project environment. /li liProfessional command of English and Italian as a working language. Chinese language skills is a plus. /li liWillingness to travel within Italy and, if required, to other European project sites. /li liValid driving license. /li /ul h37.
