and implementation of robust Safety Environmental plans, including emergency preparedness, for all projects across Maisons. /p /li lipbCapability Building: /b Developing the HSE capabilities of site-based staff and sub-contractors to empower them in maintaining safe working environments. /p /li lipbAudits Inspections: /b In partnership with the external RSPP, conducting and organizing regular HSE inductions, audits, inspections, and compliance checks for Fire Safety and Health Safety standards across Boutiques and other Richemont locations. /p /li lipbIncident Investigation: /b Collaborating with the external RSPP to ensure thorough investigation of all occupational injuries, illnesses, dangerous occurrences, incidents, and at-risk behaviors, identifying root causes and recommending effective preventive and corrective actions /p /li lipbRisk Assessment Management: /b Providing expert advice and support for all HSE risk assessment activities, and proactively identifying operational HSE risks and opportunities to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies. /p /li lipbContractor Supplier Management: /b Partnering with external contractors and suppliers to ensure their adherence to Health and Safety and Fire Safety standards. /p /li lipbStakeholder Engagement:
