/liliEngage in continuous improvement initiatives to refine data processes and enhance the overall efficiency of financial analytics. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA minimum of 5 years of experience in data-centric roles, including Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Business Intelligence. /liliAt least 3 years of experience in environments that handle high volumes of data. /liliProven hands-on experience in financial data modeling, with a solid grasp of PL structures, cash flow analytics, and monitoring plan versus actual performance. /liliProficient in SQL, dbt, and Python. /liliDemonstrated ability to design data models, construct ETL pipelines, and manage transformation layers at scale. /liliComfortable utilizing AI tools on a daily basis for analytics, automation, ad-hoc analyses, executive summaries, and business case development. /liliCapable of dissecting complex financial challenges into manageable workstreams and providing evidence-based solutions. /liliStrong stakeholder management abilities, with a track record of independently leading initiatives across Finance and Marketing domains. /liliFamiliarity with consumer lifecycle metrics, including Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Monetization, as well as user economics such as ARPU, CAC, LTV, and Payback Period. /liliExperience with data visualization tools like Hex, Looker, or similar platforms. /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliPrevious experience in or closely collaborating with Finance, Financial Planning Analysis (FPA), or Controlling functions. /liliUnderstanding of ERP data schemas, particularly SAP,
