The position will focus on the analysis and interpretation of complex data related to human performance, with the goal of developing innovative training methodologies, personalized programs, and functional assessment protocols based on data and scientific evidence. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul libAnalyze complex datasets /b derived from performance and training studies to extract meaningful insights and support evidence-based decision making. /li libDevelop predictive models and algorithms /b to optimize training protocols and assessment methodologies, leveraging advanced statistical techniques and machine learning approaches. /li libContribute to the definition of innovative methodologies /b based on data analysis and scientific literature, translating research findings into practical applications. /li libCollaborate with engineering,
marketing, and commercial teams /b to integrate analytical results into operational solutions and ensure data-driven product development. /li libPrepare reports and presentations /b to share results with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liMaster’s degree and/or Ph.D. in Exercise Science, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplines. /li liStrong experience in complex data analysis and proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB. /li liExcellent knowledge of exercise physiology and training principles. /li liAbility to work with large datasets and develop predictive models using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques. /li liExcellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. /li liStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights for diverse audiences. /li liExperience in scientific papers writing and reviewing is a plus. /li liExperience with the use of Gas Exchange Analyzers, EMG and Motion Capture devices is a plus. /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
