At Saipem, we embrace diversity as a driver of innovation and inclusion, while prioritizing people’s safety and environmental sustainability, even in the most challenging conditions. /p pAs a bCost Estimator /b, you will respond to the Head of Sustinable Infrastructures Tendering department and be part of the bSustainable Infrastructures Business Line. /b /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze the tender documents provided by Client and study scope of work, project schedule, technical specifications and Client’s requirements. /li liDevelop the cost estimate of project activities and services, including staff, manpower, construction equipment/consumables, assets, plant materials and subcontracts. /li liAnalyze the Vendors quotation to be included in the bid cost estimate. /li liDevelop accurate cost analysis for construction works. /li liImplement the constructability activities as required (e.g. in the definition of most appropriate erection methods, fabrication/construction sequences, layouts, pre-fabrication strategies, etc.) /li liPrepare the bid price sheet and the project cash flow. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Master's Degree/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveyor Diploma /p pbExperience: /b bat least /b b10 years /b as Estimator within Transport Infrastructures Projects (e.g. Railways, Metro, Motorway) and Civil Sectors. /p pbLanguages: /b English B2 /p pbTechnical Skills:
