pp(Please note this is a Direct Search led by Bacardi, Applications from agencies will not be accepted nor will fees be paid for unsolicited CVs.) /ph3YOUR OPPORTUNITY /h3pAs Market Supply Chain Manager, you act as the strategic link between the Business Unit and the regional Supply Chain organization, connecting commercial ambition with operational strategy to enable better, faster and more value-focused business decisions. /ppYou are accountable for end-to-end supply chain performance in your market, delivering against service, inventory, cash and cost targets. /ppAs a core member of the BU Leadership Team, you act as the voice of the market within the regional Supply Chain organization and as the voice of Supply Chain within the Business Unit, ensuring alignment between business priorities and operational capabilities. /ph3About You /h3pYou are a commercially minded Supply Chain leader who enjoys connecting strategy with execution and influencing decisions across a complex organization. /ppYou are comfortable working across functions, balancing competing priorities and leading through influence. /ppYou are passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams, creating an environment where individuals can grow, collaborate and contribute to long-term business success. /ph3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3h3Drive supply chain performance to enable the business /h3ulliTranslate business priorities into a clear, executable and value-driven supply chain plan. /liliDeliver against key performance metrics (service, inventory, cash and cost) and drive gap closure, managing trade-offs between service, cost and complexity. /liliCo‑own operational execution and KPIs with the regional team (Center of Excellence - CoE), ensuring business plans are realistic, executable and value‑focused. /liliRepresent market priorities towards the regional team (CoE), ensuring regional solutions are aligned with business needs and deliver value. /liliIn partnership with regional team, Drive standardization, simplification and continuous improvement, while leading Supply Chain contributions to innovation and transformation. /li /ulh3Lead Integrated Business Planning and Business performance /h3ulliEstablish SOP as the core business decision‑making process, focused on prioritization, trade‑offs and action. /liliOwn and orchestrate a single aligned SOP view across demand, supply, finance and business priorities. /liliEnsure alignment across stakeholders translates into clear decisions, commitments and execution. /liliDrive forecast quality by integrating market insights, sell‑out data and customer intelligence. /liliBring a forward‑looking Supply Chain perspective, highlighting mid‑term constraints and opportunities and providing clear, value-driven recommendations. /li /ulh3Act as a business leader, shape decisions and build trusted partnerships /h3ulliAct as a core member of the BU Leadership Team, shaping BU strategy and execution /liliBring forward supply chain‑led proposals and actively contribute to the business agenda /liliProvide unbiased challenge to assumptions, forecasts and initiatives through clear, fact‑based trade‑offs /liliBuild trusted partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance,
