In this role, you will play a pivotal part in assisting clients with the integration of Eleven Agents, our innovative AI platform tailored for business applications. Collaborating closely with a diverse team of engineers and market experts, your focus will be on understanding client requirements and delivering impactful AI-driven solutions. Your main objective will be to identify key challenges, analyze current workflows, and determine how our offerings can significantly enhance user experiences.

What you'll do

- Engage with key clients to gain insights into their AI transformation objectives and identify critical challenges, particularly in customer-facing and operational processes influenced by AI agents.
- Oversee major client engagements from initiation to completion, which includes identifying appropriate applications, establishing commercial terms (such as outcome-based pricing, licensing fees, and implementation specifics), and finalizing agreements.
- Build strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor with comprehensive access, spending substantial time on-site, and taking ownership of delivery outcomes as if you were an integral part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases by thoroughly analyzing client challenges and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement effective solutions.
- Provide guidance to clients on best practices for deploying our products, including Eleven Agents, focusing on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness to enhance adoption and effectiveness.




- Investigate potential applications in new sectors and expand our AI solutions across various industries on a global scale.
- Present project outcomes and future proposals to a wide range of audiences, from technical teams to C-suite executives, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Work in tandem with our Research teams to relay field insights, contributing to the development roadmap of Eleven Labs' platform and models.
- Create and deliver engaging demonstrations of Eleven Agents and our broader AI technology to both prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate daily with customer engineering and executive teams to ensure successful deployment of agents, driving measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, ideally with direct interaction with enterprise customers.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and managing organizational change.
- Strong business acumen, comfortable engaging in deal discussions, crafting value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside Go-to-Market partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient for prototyping, demonstrations, and effective communication with engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills,



particularly in simplifying complex technical concepts and structuring logical solutions.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Ability to adapt to various customer environments, industries, and technical applications.
- Technical knowledge and familiarity with common large language models (LLMs), tools, and AI agent frameworks.
- Capacity to creatively align enterprise use cases and workflows with AI systems.

Nice to have

- Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced tech company.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and project management tools.
- Knowledge of machine learning principles and practices.

- Proficient in Python, API integration, and general software development practices.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly in the context of business applications.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Practical notes

This position is based on-site in Italy. Eleven Labs provides an annual discretionary stipend for professional development and another for team-building activities. The company organizes an annual offsite event, with previous locations including Croatia and Italy. Additionally, a monthly co-working stipend is available for those who do not reside near a primary company hub.
