About The Role
We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the Booking Project .
In this role, you'll assist customers with booking‐related inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and help create a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
Provide professional customer support through the appropriate communication channels.
Assist customers with booking‐related questions and resolve issues efficiently.
Deliver friendly, accurate, and high-quality customer service.
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
Native‐level Swedish (spoken and written).
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
Strong communication and problem‐solving skills.
Customer‐focused with a positive attitude.
Relocation
Local candidates will be given priority.
