Your responsibilities:
Analyzing the regional application cases raised from local application specialists to provide the integral solution, and escalating to Global Technical Service if necessary.
Providing the professional application services to regional KOL customers, establishing a good relationship with doctors and increasing the satisfaction of Mindray products and academic services.
Supporting the first unit installation of new products in regions and ensuring the local team can provide good services and collect the problems or requirements properly after installation.
Organizing training programs for local application specialists to raise the profession and service abili
