The role works closely with management to deliver functional and technical expertise, contributing to the effective management of a portfolio of clients. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage payroll preparation and calculations accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and correct payment processing /liliMaintain, monitor, and update complex employee and payroll data within SAP HR /liliHandle and resolve issues related to Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Payroll, escalated by Tier 1 or raised directly by client HR Business Partners /liliAdvise clients on the implementation and application of employment law, supporting them in resolving administrative, payroll, and legal matters /liliAct as a SAP HR key user for clients: gather change requests, prepare functional analyses,
