ppThe resource will join the HR Admin Team and work on all the activities related to the function. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pIn particular, the resource will closely support the HR Admin Payroll Manager, in the EMEA Region, in the following activities: /p ul liPerform timecard reconciliation in Zucchetti, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance. /li liManage mandatory communications for new hires, terminations, and other employment changes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. /li liProvide administrative onboarding training to new hires, explaining key administrative topics such as severance indemnities, fringe benefits, company assets policies, and the completion of necessary self-certifications. /li liAct as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to labor regulations and new HR policies implemented within the company. /li liPerform accurate and timely data entry and updates in SuccessFactors for various employee life cycle events (e.g., hires, terminations, changes in work profile/hours, long leave absences, cost center changes). /li liManage work and residence permits for expat employees and support them in home searching (temporary and permanent). /li liActivate insurance coverage (death disability, health coverage) for the employees. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. /li liAt least 5–6 years of experience in an HR administration focused role. /li liFluency in English is required.
/li liKnowledge of HR software and systems, specifically Zucchetti and SuccessFactors. /li liKnowledge of Italian/European labor law and administrative procedures. /li liStrong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management and reconciliation. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul pAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. /p h3Additional information /h3 pFor new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 30,000. /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender‑neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. /p pThis role also provides for participation in a premio scheme, at Loro Piana’s discretion, based on factors such as individual and/or company performance. /p pIn addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. /p pThe employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Tessile, Abbigliamento e Moda) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Loro Piana in Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
