As a Field Service Technician, you will service Vertiv UPS systems, batteries, power distribution, and site monitoring gear to ensure reliability. You’ll build strong rapport with customers, sales teams, and distributors while coordinating with Call Control and your supervisor. You will work safely, comply with ISO 9001:2000 processes, and maintain accurate records and spare parts. This role offers hands‑on problem solving, flexible scheduling, and exposure to critical power infrastructure.
