We are a dynamic and steadily growing organization, strongly focused on people development, social responsibility, and collective well-being. /ph3Core responsibilities you’ll face in the position: /h3ulliLead the Strategy Transformation Department in consolidating its role as a strategic company function, bresponsible for supporting the definition, development, and execution of business strategy and transversal transformation initiatives /b /liliPartner with the local Board of Directors to identify strategic growth opportunities, bproactively challenging assumptions and contributing to strategic decision-making /b, and bsupporting /b btheir translation into concrete initiatives and programs /b, while ensuring alignment with key stakeholders at local and central levels /liliMonitor and assess the business model to ensure alignment with Company strategic objectives, proposing improvements and adjustments where needed /liliDefine, implement,



and continuously improve the btransformation and program management framework (PMO) /b, bensuring effective governance, prioritization, and execution across initiatives /b /liliLead and coordinate a bportfolio of cross-functional projects /b, bensuring delivery of tangible business outcomes /b and alignment across departments /liliDrive initiatives related to bways of working transformation /b (e.g. Lean, Agile, process optimization), ensuring practical adoption within the organization /liliContribute to or lead initiatives related to bdata governance and data-driven decision making /b, supporting business performance and strategic alignment /liliManage and facilitate bBusiness Review processes (monthly / quarterly) /b, ensuring alignment, visibility, and actionable follow-up across stakeholders /liliEstablish and reinforce bchange management frameworks /b (e.g. Problem Solving, Project Management, Innovation), supporting consistency and effectiveness in execution /liliDevelop and promote bcapabilities in Lean, Digital, and transformation practices /b, coaching Business Leaders and Project Managers /liliIdentify and mitigate risks related to transformation initiatives, ensuring continuity, alignment, and sustainable impact /liliCommunicate progress, challenges, and results of key initiatives to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement /li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3h3Must have /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, IT, Engineering)



/lilib5+ years of experience in Project / Program / Transformation Management /b, with exposure to complex, cross-functional initiatives /lilibSolid experience in Program Management / PMO environments /b, including governance of multiple parallel initiatives /liliExperience in btransformation projects /b, particularly related to bways of working (e.g. Lean, Agile, process improvement) /b /liliProven ability to bengage and influence stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels /b, including the ability to provide constructive challenge /liliGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to operate in bcross-functional and evolving environments /b /liliExposure to or involvement in bdata governance or data-driven initiatives /b /liliStrong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) /liliGood level of English (at least B2) /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience in coordinating bBusiness Reviews or similar governance processes /b /liliPrevious experience in bnon-HQ / operational environments /b, enabling effective interaction with both local and central functions /liliFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira) and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. PDCA, A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) /li /ulh3Bonus /h3ulliRelevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ScrumMaster) /liliFamiliarity with Lean / Agile methodologies applied in real contexts /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliUp to 75% remote working on monthly basis /liliMeal vouchers /liliCompany Welfare Plan /liliHealth insurance /liliCompany Car /liliCompensation package aligned with the level of experience and responsibility of the role, starting from €60,000 gross annual salary /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
