Position Bulgari Gioielli, within its **High Jewelry** **Supply Chain Department** based in **Rome**, is searching for a **Logistics Manager.** Bulgari’s High Jewelry creations are unique works of art centered on the vibrant color, life and light of exceptional gemstones. This uniqueness and magnificence requires specific flows and logistics. **Accountabilities**
- Ensure incoming goods - Raw Materials, Finished Products, Semi Finished Products and other specific items - are registered at product reception, according to product and documentation check.
- Ensure goods are handled and stored in specific stock/safe area, respecting Security and F&A; procedures.
- Ensure internal flows, storage and distribution according to production needs (quantity, delivery date) and internal rules.
- Manage material flows with subcontractors, ensuring the production of relevant transportation documents.
- Ensure material movements are timely and correctly registered in relevant systems.
- Ensure information required by specific materials/components are properly tracked along internal and external flows.
- Ensure periodic reconciliations with external suppliers about precious metal and other material sent in sub-contracting, managing possible discrepancies in cooperation with F&A.;




- Plan and optimize daily operations resources and medium-term capacities vs activities, proposing improvement actions according to Lean Principles.
- Ensure Logistics models evolution by leading improvement projects and proposing system enhancements in cooperation with IT department.
- Manage customs procedures and instructions for importing/exporting goods. Profile **Qualifications**
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics
- At least 7 years’ experience in similar roles (with 3 years direct team management) within structured Companies
- Project Management tools and techniques
- Strong analysis and data management
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) - SAP as a plus
