ph3Responsibilities of the role: /h3 ul liFollows up solution implementation and ensure consistency between initial requirement and final delivery; /li liLead and execute test phases for internal functional test and customer validation; /li liDefine and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests coordinating software factory, operations, and IT; /li liSupport operations in process discussion and understanding; /li liAct as the primary point of contact between the software factory and business operations, mediating priorities and decisions; /li liDeliver WMS solutions from requirements gathering through functional, integration, and acceptance testing - up to cut-over, go-live, and hypercare; /li liHighlights gaps and evaluate solution proposal; /li liReports bugs, support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis; /li liInteracts with operations engineer and process owners to help refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvement; /li liMonitors progresses and reporting according to KPI's identified; /li liCommunicates and exchange with the customer and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred; /li liProven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry; /li liHands-on WMS experience, Blue Yonder knowledge is a plus; /li li3-5 years in software delivery/solution implementation; /li liQuickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications and technologies as needed; /li liDemonstrate attention to detail,
