Overview In this role you contribute to commodity procurement strategy and execute supplier relationships to support business KPIs. You will align procurement with product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives, while driving supplier development and cost‐out initiatives. You partner with cross‐functional teams to shape product strategy and negotiate terms that balance cost, quality, and schedule. This is a hands‐on role at the intersection of procurement and product delivery, offering meaningful impact on efficiency and profitability.

Drive supplier selection, development and management for New Product Development with cross‐functional support
Partner with Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity
Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations for Single PO and Strategic Partnerships




Negotiate and issue purchase orders aiming for lowest cost while ensuring quality and schedule
Develop procurement initiatives for cost‐out programs, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC procurement and cash flow improvement
Leverage S&OP; data to align supplier capacity with business goals
Responsibilities Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or Economics with procurement or commodity management experience
Experience in Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain
English and Italian fluent, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Analytical mindset with ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
Strong oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude towards change and embracing challenges
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Willingness to travel
