Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan, is seeking a Food Service Expert/Chef de rang to join our luxury F&B; team. You will support service across our four outlets, ensuring guests receive attentive, knowledgeable care and seamless dining experiences.
The role is full-time, five days a week, with two days off; the starting date is anticipated in July. You will work under the F&B; Outlets Manager and have opportunities for growth within Marriott International's luxury portfolio.
