and competitive assessments /li /ulh3We Require /h3ulli10+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries /liliProven expertise in PLM, SCM, and/or MES implementations and integrations /liliStrong background in sustainability, circular economy, or ESG initiatives within manufacturing operations /liliTrack record of successfully leading complex digital transformation projects with enterprise clients /liliExcellent communication skills with ability to influence and present to executive leadership /liliDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and production management /liliProject management experience and familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies /liliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field /li /ulh3Why Join Us /h3h3Offer Package /h3pThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40,000. /ppCompensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
