The role requires a high degree of autonomy and focuses on industrial relations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with operational and organisational goals. /liliLead employee and industrial relations activities, fostering constructive relationships with trade unions while ensuring compliance with collective labour agreements and employment regulations. /liliManage disciplinary procedures and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, company policies, and consistent application of HR practices. /liliMonitor labour cost and workforce planning, focusing on absenteeism, overtime, and other key HR metrics, providing actionable insights to management. /liliSupport managers in performance management, learning, development and talent initiatives. /liliOversee recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent aligned with business needs. /liliPartner with leaders to strengthen employee engagement, team effectiveness,



and leadership capabilities across the organisation. /liliCoach and advise managers on people management, career development, and building high‑performing teams. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli6+ years of experience in HR roles within multinational companies, with a solid background as a Plant HR Business Partner or Industrial Relations Expert. /liliHands‑on experience leading and managing relationships and negotiations with local and regional trade unions. /liliStrong expertise in Italian labour law and the ability to provide sound guidance on employment matters and ensure legal compliance. /liliProven experience collaborating with external legal counsel, employers’ associations (e.g. Confindustria), and other external stakeholders on labour and industrial relations matters. /liliHuman Resources enthusiast with a dynamic and flexible approach suitable for a fast‑paced environment. /liliExcellent organisational and relational skills, able to manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams. /liliFluency in English. /li /ulh3Location /h3pItaly, Arco (TN). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
