The role ensures the translation of market needs, customer insights, and innovation opportunities into sustainable value creation, working across global and regional stakeholders to strengthen Diasorin's leadership position in the field.



/p h3Key Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pThe Global Marketing Director Hypertension will lead the Marketing strategy, including launching with excellence and engaging with customers, bringing voice of customer as lead with other stakeholders across Diasorin’s scientific, commercial, product development teams, project leaders and technical staff. /p pHe / She will define and lead the hypertension strategy, plan and execute the global program to develop and grow the Hypertension franchise. Through collaboration and partnership internally and externally, she/he will drive organizational direction for Diasorin’s commercial leaders and drive financial and strategic initiatives. /p h3Education, Experience, and Qualifications /h3 ul liB.S. in Science or Marketing, MBA is desirable /li li7+ years of marketing experience in a healthcare related business. /li liExperience marketing in pharma or companion diagnostics. You are open also to broader In-vitro Diagnostic or Medical Device sectors /li liExpertise in Hypertension or broader Cardiovascular/ Cardiometabolic and Endocrinology areas /li liHe/She must speak English, Italian is a plus /li liProject management experience is a plus /li liAble to interact effectively in a matrix organization where commercial areas steer regional Marketing /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pPermanent employment contract /p pClassification under the “Dirigenti Industria” CCNL (Italian national collective bargaining agreement)
