**ITALY WITH CLASS** is a DMC focused on luxury travels. **What will your daily responsibilities be?**
- Corresponding with agents and clients in the management of bookings.
- Responding to specific requests and tailoring tours and itineraries accordingly.
- Liaising with guides, drivers, and other personnel in the organization of tours and services.
- Leading the response to any major disruption including creating alternative itineraries, defining alternative options for clients.
- Data entry (loading availability and updating product and making changes to our in-house booking platform).
- Monitoring product competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Fluency in English and Italian. Another language would be advantageous.
- AT LEAST 5 YEARS prior experience in bookings and destination management




- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft / Google Drive suite
- Experience of booking platforms (training will be provided upon commencement).
- Strong listening, relationship building, communication (both spoken and written), and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Well-organized with good time management skills.
- Positive “can do” attitude with a passion for LUXURY travel and tourism. **Experience**: - either bookings management or tourism: 3 years (required) **Language**: - English (required)
- Italian (preferred) Work Location: In person
