**Ag Group,** a leading Italian tourism group with an incoming tour operator, a hotel consulting agency and a strongly expanding chain of four-star hotels, is looking for a **Director Of Finance** for its headquarters and management across the group.
You will be responsible for the administration and accounting, as well as for leading, mentoring and developing the team, creating an environment in which the people can be themselves and feel the added value they provide. **Main Duties and Responsabilities**
- Supervise, organise and optimise the company’s administration and accounting services;
- Lead, develop and inspire a high performing financial team;
- Ensure strong financial management in a solid control environment;
- Be responsible for accurate accounting records and provide financial reports for the hotel. The hotel is run on a self-accounting basis and includes statutory accounts;
- Manage financial relationships with other business departments, ensuring that excellent service is provided through quality input;




- Lead all items related to budgets, P&L;, Cash Management, Capital, etc;
- Provide targeted, innovative and value-adding management reports and analysis;
- Provide high-quality management information and performance measurements that are accurate and relevant;
- Ensure the accounting treatment of business, capital and financial transactions according to applicable regulations and supervise the creation of financial reports. **Required Skills**: - Bachelor’s Degree;
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English;
- Five years’ experience in the administrative/accounting function in the management of several companies in the tourism sector;
- Strong propensity for teamwork;
- Ability to work towards objectives;
