You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing systems and processes. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliDesign, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. /liliCollaborate with product design and development teams to ensure manufacturability of new products. /liliConduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement. /liliImplement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliDevelop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. /liliEvaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and methods to enhance manufacturing capabilities. /liliTrain and support production staff in the implementation of new processes and technologies. /liliEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
